The Ms. Massachusetts Senior America pageant is scheduled for Nov. 13 at Commerce High School at 1 p.m. Orientation for new contestants, including a gathering with all past queens, was held Aug. 23. Mayor Sarno also attended. Said pageant director Lorraine Gorham, "We had a great response the last time we did this. This year, we had our new queen Connie [Motroni] here, and all the past queens, plus 10 new contestants. We're encouraging more contestants to turn out for this year's contest."
